Over the last six years, the Conference on Adult Learner Enrollment Management (CALEM) has grown into a national event with over 100 institutions sending marketing, admissions, enrollment, and program leaders and staff with one goal in common: enrolling more adult students. This year's theme - Innovation Lab: Addressing Today's Challenges with Data - speaks to the increasing need to underpin strategic decisions with hard data.
CALEM is designed to be as interactive as possible. Through a combination of general sessions, breakout sessions, roundtable discussions, and workshops, the event facilitates the type of networking that results in professional relationships that can prove to be valuable for years to come. In addition to the sessions, CALEM provides many opportunities for attendees to discuss and digest what they are learning including, catered breakfast, lunch and an exclusive happy hour to unwind and get to know your peers.
